Vlad was awesome! Was immediately responsive and helped me with my broken washer on short notice (I called at 10am and he was at my house by 1 pm). He let me try different problematic parts (new sensor, door latch, etc) and said he would only charge me if it fixed the issue - nothing to lose for me! He fixed my washer and was really friendly and knowledgeable. His prices were also fair! Thank you Vlad!

I had a inoperable washing machine (Kenmore stacked 8-10 years old) and Amir efficiently investigated that it required a new control-board unit. A few days later with replacement part in hand he and his colleague installed it in 1 hour and the machine is now working completely normal.
